30-Day Hassle-Free Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Jak💎Jax purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• In the same condition as when you received them
• Unworn, unwashed, and free of any stains or odors
• Returned with all original tags attached
• Packaged in the original Jak💎Jax packaging

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Sale items marked as "Final Sale"
• Accessories that have been removed from original packaging

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at returns@jakjax.com with your order number, and we'll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, contact us at returns@jakjax.com and we'll arrange the exchange for you.
